Family Style Cruise Wedding & Sand Ceremony in West Bay

With the bride in Oregon and the groom in Texas, coordinating their Cayman Cruise Wedding got a little tricky at times. Nontheless all 12 in this party travelling on the Carnival Conquest
were ready for barefoot beach wedding and water fun which followed.

Everybody got their own sand-dollar to write their names and good wishes on.

The bride's dad's sand dollar had the place of honour on the bottom of the Memory Vase

This was a special Sand Ceremony I wrote for them based on the colours they wanted to use

This is a good view of the finished Memory Vase.

The newly weds didn't mind getting wet!

A great family shot!

Couple Elope to Little Cayman Wedding

This German bride and Canadian groom met while she was visiting Cayman, through mutual friends and romance blossomed. When they decided to get married they wanted a place which was truly memorable, and chose the smallest of the Cayman Islands.

When she snuck out of her George Town office and headed to the airport, no one suspected she was on her way to a romantic get-away wedding on our Sister Island of Little Cayman. Here she is having a quiet moment before the wedding, at the Hungry Iguana Restaurant.

Their friends took us to this deserted beach on the north side of the island. There was not even another car in sight.

Here we are with the proof shot!

And the "We did it!" shot

Posing near the "capital " Blossom Village

Weddings in Cayman Brac, and Little Cayman, no problem. Visit my website at www.cayman-islands-weddings.ky or call me at (345)9269933/ (345)5256551

Colourful Cayman Wedding for Trinidadian Visitors

This couple and their friends, visiting from Trinidad chose the "Ultimate Caymanian Wedding Package" offered by my parent company, Cayman Weddings and picked the Wedding Gazebo as the location for their ceremony. This package offers a second beach location for post-wedding pictures.

His and hers limousines were part of the package.

Francine, officiating at the wedding ceremony. She has married more than 3000 couples over the 25 years her company, Cayman Weddings has been operating.

Wedding arch, two tier wedding cake, and two bottles of champagne for toasting are part of this luxury package.

Darts Park is excellent wedding spot!

Today I officiated at a local couple's wedding at Dart's Park, South Sound which is less than one mile from central George Town. The park itself is heavily used for birthday parties and other family events, but it is a great place for weddings.

There is a large stage which can be easily decorated, but even if not decorated the ocean is a great scenic back-drop
Today's groom and the bride's son await her arrival

Today's couple pose on the steps of the amphitheatre

This amphitheatre can seat over a hundred guests easily, and all the greenery around makes it a good place for photos, while the park itself affords many photo opportunities.

I don't do a lot of local weddings as many people prefer the Wedding Gazebo in West Bay which is provided free of cost as a service from Cayman Weddings. For those who prefer George Town as a location, Darts Park (which costs $10 to reserve) is a great option. Call me for your resident wedding today, 7 clear days notice and published Banns are a requirement. Call me at (345)5256551. Since most residents prefer a Saturday wedding, call early to avoid disappointment. A limited number of Sunday wedding slots are available each month on a first booked basis.

Early Morning Nuptials at Governors Beach, Grand Cayman

These young home-owners from Georgia traveling on the Carnival Inspiration wanted a small wedding+ cruise honeymoon combination followed by a party for family and friends when they return home. They chose the all-inclusive Cayman Cruise Wedding package with a few custom extras. They wanted great pictures, and this package includes both digital images and prints.

"He's always on my mind"

This is it... the big day and we have the beach to ourselves.

The bride requested a conch shell aisle with red flowers. The all inclusive Cruise Wedding Package includes witnesses, which you must have, and I can supply if you're just traveling as a couple.
This wedding cake was an extra requested by the couple. It comes in a box so you can take it back onboard the cruise ship and enjoy it in your room or at dinner that evening.

This is the "tropical flavour" bouquet which comes with this package.

No wonder Cayman's beaches are famous

Of course, the "We did it!" favourite shot

This is the "Natural Arch" spot at Governor's, Seven Mile Beach

The affordable "all-inclusive Cayman Cruise Wedding Package" includes, all legal requirements, transportation to and from the beach, champagne, photos, and weddings florals.
It is proving extremely popular with cruise-ship visitors, because it is easy, includes every thing needed for a stress-free wedding in the Cayman Islands, and you still have lots of time to enjoy our capital city, George Town, before the ship sails that afternoon.

Love at First Sight 2007, Grand Cayman Wedding 2009

This couple met post-Katrina in New Orleans when he was interviewing her for a position. Impressed by everything about her, the Groom said she was perfect for the job, but he was conflicted because he didn't know whether to hire her or ask her out on a date! It didn't take long for both to realise love was in the air, and in a matter of weeks he knew she would someday be his wife.

Their dream of a beach wedding in the Caribbean came true last week when they were visiting on the Carnival Pride.

Signing the Marriage Register

Here's to a happy life and a long marriage

I don't know where all these conch shells came from, I never saw them there before or since.

Every wedding day should show a bit of the child in all of us.

It was so hot, it felt like summer and we were glad for lots and lots of ice-cold sparkling cider.

Creating Happy Memories at Grand Cayman Wedding

This Texas groom told me he had visited this beautiful spot a few years ago with his son, at a time in his life when he was very sad. He wanted to replace these sad memories with the happy memories of his Cayman Wedding Day.

Dancing in the ocean was part of making happy memories.

Enjoying the turquoise water was another part of making happy memories.

A kiss from his new wife was the best part of all!
